Earlier this month, one of my good friends Amanda celebrated her 21st birthday. A small group of us girls had dinner at Mars Restaurant on South Congress and I gave her a little photo shoot while we were waiting for our food to arrive. Happy birthday Amanda!
This past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph Asian American Campus Ministry's annual Talent Show at the Hogg Memorial Auditorium on UT campus. Everyone did a great job in the show! I was very impressed.
The drama team was amazing. They raised awareness for human trafficking and also raised money to fight it. The theme of the show was "stop the silence".
AACMAPELLA (Asian American Campus Ministry's acapella group - clever name, huh?) performed a couple of songs and were one of my favorite acts. They sang 'Lean on Me' and 'Everyday' from High School Musical 2. I love the energy and the color in this photo!
These last two photos are of a band called Amos. I love the clean look of silhouettes (click on the photo to see a slightly bigger version), and the last photo is probably my favorite from the entire show. The lead singer, Kevin, took a leap at the end of the first song and I'm so glad I was there to capture it!

Andy & Angela
Andy and Angela got engaged last night and I am so happy for them! Here are a few photos from their little after party at Mozart's:
Of course I had to take a picture of the rock :) Nice job, Andy!
This is Angela telling the story of how Andy proposed. I love this one - she looks so happy! :)
I hope I get to take more pictures of them in the very near future! Congrats you two!
